Albert Waldron is a Sydney-based mortgage broker and finance strategist with more than 20 years of experience in the Australian finance industry. As Director of Awesome Lending Solutions, he specialises in helping first home buyers, single parents, property investors, and SMSF trustees find the right lending solution for their situation — and structure it in a way that supports long-term wealth building.

Albert started his career in traditional banking, where he saw first-hand how the system worked — and where it often failed everyday Australians. People were being declined for loans they qualified for, or paying more than they needed to, simply because they were dealing with a single lender with limited options. That experience gave Albert a clear sense of purpose: to work for the borrower, not the bank.

Since founding Awesome Lending Solutions, Albert has helped more than 1,000 Australian families and investors secure home loans, refinance to better rates, and build property portfolios. His goal is to make sure every first home buyer understands exactly what they’re doing and why — before they sign anything.

Albert is one of a small number of brokers in Australia who specialises in lending for single parents. He has deep knowledge of the Family Home Guarantee, which allows eligible single parents to buy with as little as 2% deposit without paying Lenders Mortgage Insurance (LMI). He understands the unique financial circumstances single parents face and helps them find practical, realistic pathways into home ownership.

Property Investors

Albert takes a strategy-first approach to investment lending.
